HR Advisor / Immigration Specialist
Work place: Wrocław
Overall Job Purpose

As an HR advisor you will be responsible for delivery of a full range of Human Resource services including
work legalisation of Non-EU workers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics
  • Organize and manage new hires on-boarding
  • Timely process management related to: promotions, transfers, contracts extension, H&S periodical trainings and medical checks
  • Maintaining legal employment of Non-EU employees and application for work permits
  • Providing support for non-EU workers registration and tracking
  • Administering employee benefits and leaves
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines, procedures and improvements
  • Manage the organization’s employee database (HR SAP)
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferable in HR or related)
  • Min. 2 years of experience as an HR specialist / generalist / immigration specialist (essential)
  • Understanding of Labor Law regulations
  • Experience in dealing with immigration cases
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills (English is a must)
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  • Advanced computer skills with capability in Excel, Power Point and related HR software (HR SAP
  • will be a plus)
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
