HR Payroll Specialist with German

                       

• Bachelor’s degree
• Very good command of spoken and written German
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Attention to details
• Analytical skills
• Experience in HR Administration
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication skills

 

• Answer client’s calls and emails and process client’s queries and escalations
• Process Pay&Ben related requests and do Payroll Reporting
• Provide clarification of Pay&Ben policies and procedures
• Maintain payroll information on: New joiners,  Employee leaves, Employee moves, Contractual/ employee data changes
• Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes, also in SAP database
